What a difference a glass makes! Join Lambert Bridge Winery and San Francisco’s premiere chocolatier Recchiuti for a guided tasting and artesian chocolate
pairing. Experience the difference in aroma and taste, of four limited production, hand-crafted Lambert Bridge wines presented
in world renowned Riedel crystal. With each wine tasted we will be treated to an exquisite chocolate pairing hand chosen by
San Francisco’s highly touted chocolatier, Michael Recchiuti. A Riedel representative will discuss the philosophy behind the
wine glass designs. At the end of the event, each guest will take home their Riedel Tasting Set of four glasses. (Retail Value $125)

cooking. Highlighting her signature Mugnaini Italian Wood-Fired Ovens, Andrea will demonstrate diverse and delicious menu items
that illustrate the versatility of a wood-fired oven: from the cornerstone of outdoor entertaining to a practical and beautiful
addition in the kitchen. If you have a wood-fired oven, are considering purchasing one, or just want to taste of slice of wine
country lifestyle, you will love this class. A complete lunch will be served from the wood-fired oven and paired with Lambert
Bridge wines.

Festiva della Vendemmia

In Tuscany, the Vendemmia brings the community together to gather the fruits of the year’s labors, and enjoy the bounty of
their efforts. Celebrating great wine, great food, shared with friends. After visitors to the festival get their own
behind-the-scenes taste of the winemaking arts, they’ll learn the secrets of preparing authentic pizza in our Al Fresco Kitchen
and taste Lambert Bridge wines paired with artisan cheeses at stations throughout the property. Later they’ll sit down in the
garden to a sumptuous Tuscan-style feast, highlighted by the traditional whole roasted pig in our Mugnaini wood-fired oven, and
accompanied by a selection of authentic side dishes, desserts and of course, wine. The evening will end with a traditional
“Toast to the Harvest” with fresh grapes baked in an Italian flatbread and a shot of fresh pressed juice.
