Tasting Notes

Each year, our Winemaker, Jennifer Higgins spends days tasting through the best lots of our Bordeaux varietals to curate this special blend. Although each vintage is unique, this wine always remains Merlot predominant. The 2019 vintage is comprised of 94% Merlot with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot to enrich its mouthfeel, color, and tannin structure. With notes of rose petal and dark cherry, this is a wine that transports you to our Chambers Vineyard with just one swirl of your glass. We look forward to adding another wonderful vintage of our flagship wine as part of your cellar.
