Tasting Notes

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from Chambers Vineyard, this member favorite is a perfect way to celebrate everything great about this time of year.  Aromas of Bartlett pear, Eureka lemon, and toasty brioche and floral hints of honeysuckle and orange blossom develop as the wine evolves.  It’s bright and well-balanced with lingering flavors of lemon tart, marzipan, and a touch of minerality.  The 2021 Blanc de Blancs will make any occasion a special one.
