Tasting Notes

Deeply ruby in color, the 2021 Malbec is invitingly aromatic. Cool, foggy mornings at Chambers Vineyard allow the florals to shine. A few swirls reveal violet, and rich berry aromas. Bramble notes continues on the palate with a vibrant acidity and smooth, balanced finish. A lovers dream - the acidity, bright fruit, and firm structure make it a perfect wine to pair with a decadent Pasta Bolognese.

The 2021 Malbec is beautiful now and will continue to evolve in the bottle. It will surely reward those patient enough to cellar.
