Harvested from two special mountain top vineyards, one high atop Bradford Mountain in the heart of Dry Creek Valley and the other located above Lake Sonoma in the Rockpile appellation, our 2010 Dry Creek Zinfandel boasts a dark ruby color that only hints at the excitement to come after this bottle is opened.
After marveling at the amazing color, fresh blackberry and raspberry notes erupt over the rim of the glass even before your nose has a chance to investigate. Like a favorite old fashioned candy, our 2010 Zinfandel hints of anise and black plums. From first sip to final swallow, this wine delivers bright acidity and a soft, silky finish that lingers.
When the patio is open and your grill is smoking, we recommend opening this Zinfandel with friends and family to ring in the Spring season. Whatever you fancy on the Weber, this Zinfandel will pair well with our favorite recipes including grilled flank steak with marinated portabella mushrooms.
