Winemaking
The Limited Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is a truly discriminating and focused wine which brings together the finest barrels that each vintage has to offer. The process starts in the vineyard, each a hillside site with perfect soils for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and each a fully mature and seasoned vineyard. Our winemaking team then tastes and evaluates each individual barrel of wine before settling on the precise combination that becomes the final assembly.

Winemaker Notes
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine is well proportioned with a seamless body and hints of black cherry and supple spices throughout. The dark complex nose opens with aromas of chocolate covered cherries, black currants and dried violets while the palate evolves with lengthy and beautiful flavors that include delicate notes of sweet tobacco, cassis, cocoa and black cherries. The French oak barrels used to age the Limited Selection Cabernet Sauvignon respects the luscious fruit and envelopes the silky tannins that will enable this wine to age gracefully for 10-15 years.
